About Women’s Empowerment

Strengthening Young Women for Independent Futures

At NGOYILA, we believe that when young women are empowered, entire communities thrive. Our Women’s Empowerment initiative focuses on building the confidence, skills, and economic independence of young women in rural areas. We work to remove barriers, promote equality, and equip young women with what they need to lead self-sufficient, impactful lives.

Empowering Rural Women in Bo

This program provides young women with vocational skills, literacy education, leadership training, and access to microloans and mentorship. From sewing and agribusiness to digital literacy and community leadership, NGOYILA supports young women in choosing their own path to independence. We also provide safe spaces for learning, networking, and dialogue to address gender-based challenges and build confidence. Our mission is to cultivate women-led progress, reduce dependency, and spark community-wide transformation.

How You Can Help?

You can help empower young women by supporting NGOYILA’s programs through donations, mentorship, training facilitation, or equipment sponsorship. Your involvement helps young women gain control over their futures, contribute to local economies, and become role models for the next generation. Together, we can ensure that rural women are not just surviving—but thriving.
